Economic migrants are people who move abroad for a higher standard of living or better job opportunities. In other words, they support their family in their country of origin by sending money from their work abroad.
Economic migrants do not move because of violence, unrest, or health problems in their country of origin. Instead, they migrate because of the higher standard of living and better job opportunities abroad.

Economic migrants can come from any country and move to any country, depending on the employment opportunities and standard of living in each country. For example, many economic migrants from countries in the South and the Middle East move to countries in Europe and North America because of the higher standard of living and better job opportunities in these countries. On the other hand, many economic migrants from European and North American countries go to Asian countries because of lower labor costs in these countries.
